Here for Your Health, Here for Your Heart

Driven by the conviction that understanding gut health isn’t just about managing ADHD or autism—it’s about unlocking human potential.

01

A Personal Journey, A Professional Calling

Growing up neurodiverse, I experienced firsthand the challenges of inattention, overwhelm, and being misunderstood. School was a mix of intellectual curiosity and social struggle. I naturally gravitated toward independent work and short-term projects—but it wasn’t until my second son was diagnosed with ADHD, and I began studying psychology (a journey paused by trauma and institutional setbacks), that I truly understood how our minds protect us—and how vital self-advocacy is.

02

A Life-Changing Diagnosis

At 43, after years of burnout, confusion, high-functioning anxiety, and a misdiagnosed menopause, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD (combined type)—and later, autism. This diagnosis brought relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. I also saw the deep stigma and lack of support that people like me—and my son—routinely face.

03

The Gut-Brain Discovery

Seeking answers beyond medication, I explored the emerging science of the gut-brain axis. I discovered that small dietary shifts—like eating more fibre-rich fruits, seaweeds, and reducing inflammatory foods—had a noticeable impact on mood, energy, and focus. Research into the gut microbiome and its role in ADHD and autism became a personal mission.

This exploration revealed that individuals with ADHD and autism often have distinct gut bacteria—and that nutritional support can play a critical role in managing symptoms.

My Coaching Philosophy

My goal is to meet each client where they are—with empathy, insight, and science-led guidance.

A Neurodiverse-Friendly World

Creating a Neurodiverse-Friendly World

I believe well-being is environmental. I advocate for schools, workplaces, and homes that embrace sensory sensitivity, healthy eating, and neurodiverse inclusion.

Through coaching, workshops, and seminars, I empower individuals and organisations to take small but impactful steps—like swapping sugary snacks for gut-supportive foods, or creating calm, flexible workspaces.

A Mission to Unlock Potential

I’m driven by the conviction that understanding gut health isn’t just about managing ADHD or autism—it’s about unlocking human potential. My work is devoted to building a world where neurodiverse minds are recognised, supported, and empowered to thrive.
